1. Who we are

FLip Lab ("FlipLab") ("FlipLab", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered resale evaluation tool available at fliplab.shop. FLip Lab is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the service. You can contact us at fliplabtools@gmail.com.

  • Support communications: messages you send to us.
  • Usage & device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser/device identifiers, and basic telemetry.

4. Who we share it with

  • Hosting & infrastructure providers that run our database, file storage, and application backend.

5. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Evaluations and inventory items you delete are held in Trash for 30 days and then permanently removed. Support communications are retained for up to 24 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email fliplabtools@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level authorization on our database — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; you use the service at your own risk.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may use limited analytics to understand how the product is used.
